Member Spotlight | Christine Hensley

Published on October 6, 2026

This week’s 1911 Group Member Spotlight highlights Christine Hensley.

Christine graduated from SMU in 2020 and began her career in Deloitte’s strategy practice. She spent four years there on large-scale transformation work across a range of industries, an intentionally generalist path that showed her how big organizations actually change. That client work ultimately led her to Yum! Brands.

Today Christine is Senior Manager of Programs and Strategy at Yum! Brands, the company behind Taco Bell, KFC, and Habit Burger & Grill. She previously served as chief of staff to the CTO. She now leads strategy for Global Reliability Engineering (GRE) on Byte by Yum!, the AI-driven technology platform that keeps tens of thousands of restaurants running worldwide. She was also part of the technology work behind Yum!’s sale of Pizza Hut, one of the most consequential transitions in the company’s recent history.

If you have been to a Taco Bell lately, odds are her team’s work touched your order somewhere between the app and the kitchen.
