The role oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties and drives performance against each asset's business plan. Day to day, that means analyzing financial and market data, identifying property and market trends, and partnering with operations, senior leadership, and outside stakeholders on performance, marketing strategy, and capital projects. Comparable RPM Asset Manager listings post a range of roughly $65K to $103K.
