Andrew Pieper- Member Spotlight

This week’s Member Spotlight features Andrew Pieper, a Senior Vice President at Hillwood Communities, where he has spent more than 16 years in residential real estate development. A 2009 graduate of the SMU Cox School of Business, Andrew currently serves on the advisory board of SMU’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate and was recently named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

At Hillwood, Andrew specializes in large-scale master-planned communities across North Texas and leads the residential development of Landmark, a $10 billion mixed-use project with more than 6,000 planned homes. His work focuses on aligning land planning, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships to support long-term regional growth. A former president of the Dallas Builders Association, Andrew is a strong advocate for attainable housing, promoting sustainable growth and expanding homeownership opportunities across North Texas.
